Eating & Yoga
It is recommended not to eat 2 hours before yoga.
If you are very hungry, eat something light, such as fruit.
We do not recommend doing yoga on a full or very hungry stomach.
Also, avoid eating for 30 minutes after yoga.
Silence
Turn off your phone or at least put it on silent mode and take a break from your daily chores for a while.
Enjoy yoga time for yourself.
Listen to Yourself
Don't compare yourself to others, focus on yourself and listen to your body and mind as you take lessons.
Energy in Movement
You may feel sick or have a headache after doing yoga.
There are many possible causes, but yoga stimulates different parts of the body to help flush out toxins. You may experience physical and mental changes in the process.
When that happens, feel free to share what it feels like for you.
Observe the feeling and take a deep breath!!
