It's been more almost twenty years since I started practicing yoga as a postpartum exercise.

Daily morning meditation and Ashtanga Yoga practice have become a part of my life.

Before, I was worried and lacked self-confidence, and I was never satisfied with anything I did.

Yoga gives us a ray of hope when we are walking through the darkness of bitterness.

I would like to share the wonders of yoga with everyone.

I wanted to soften my body, so I started yoga at ganehsa yoga for the first time.

When I started yoga, not only my body but also my mind became flexible, and I couldn't concentrate much until now.

My mind, which was always busy thinking about various things, was cleared and I was able to relax.

My heart and body are tense and strained.

While gently loosening that tension with yoga breathing and poses,

So I woke up to the joy of yoga...


When I was in my mid-40s, I encountered Ashtanga yoga for the first time and was completely fascinated by it!


In the midst of the hectic daily life of housework and child-rearing, the few hours of Ashtanga yoga are simply immersive.

After yoga, you will be surprised how refreshing your body, mind, and spirit are! !

Then, housework and child-rearing became strangely easy♪
