*Age, gender and experience are welcome. If you have a sincere desire to learn yoga, you'll be fine.

Saturday course

4 times x 4 hours 4 times x 3 hours

   Homework 2 hours

  Once a week 8 times in total    30 hours 

*Yoga philosophy and anatomy classes are available online.

*If you miss a class, you can make up for one class (schedule consultation).

History of Yoga, Philosophy, Anatomy, Chakras, Meditation, Basics of Breathing

yoga lifestyle

Basic asana, adjustment practice, practice (correction method)
Teaching practice, practical/demonstration lessons

tuition fee

●165,000 yen (tax included)

● Pair discount 150,000 yen per person (including tax) for two people who apply together

  *Other costs: A supplementary reader must be purchased in advance.

Privilege

●A certificate of completion will be given to those who have completed the course.

● Lesson tickets that can be used during the course 5 times (Must attend during the course period, included in the course content.)

● After the basic course, it will be held at yoga studio SUNDARI in Motomachi, Kobe.

  You can take an advanced course to acquire Yoga Alliance USA (RYT200).
